Pipeline Studio stores editor state in the browser by default. The site does not ask for GitLab credentials, does not require an account for the core editor, and does not send your pipeline YAML to GitLab APIs.

The editor runs entirely in the browser. No analytics, no ads, and no network requests are made without explicit user action.
